Hello! I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Larissa, a Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in the field of Social Work. I earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2010, and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Dakota in 2014. I am licensed in North Dakota (LCSW) & Minnesota (LICSW).

Over the last 5 years, I’ve been dedicated to providing integrated mental health services in a primary care clinic. Prior to my journey as a Clinical Social Worker, I had opportunities to practice Social Work in hospital and long-term-care settings, as well as the government sector as a Family Assessment Worker. These experiences have hugely contributed to the person and professional I am today!

Prior to life as a Social Worker, I was a farm girl! “The Farm” is where my roots remain grounded today. Growing up on a dairy farm in western North Dakota is where I first learned the value of dedication, the importance of consistency, and the power of nurturing — lessons that have been foundational to my therapeutic approach. My early experiences taught me the importance of balance, the need for patience, and the strength that comes from understanding and supporting others — principles I carry with me in every client interaction.

Life on the farm instilled an appreciation for nature, and today I find joy and contentment in spending time outdoors! I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to Finding Ground and restoring balance!
