Fees & Rates

Diagnostic Assessment: $300
Individual Therapy: $225

Insurances require medical necessity for psychotherapy services, and therefore a Diagnostic Assessment will be completed at the time of your initial appointment.

Some clients prefer not to have a diagnosis on file with their health insurance carrier, and instead choose to pay for services out-of-pocket. Please ask about out-of-pocket fees.

Fees are due at the time of service.
I accept cash, check, HSA, credit and debit card.

Insurance

I am in-network with the following insurances:

Aetna
BCBS of ND
Cigna
ND BCBS Medicaid Expansion
ND MA
Optum (United Healthcare, Medica, UMR)
Sanford Health Plan (Including TRUE & Employee Plans)

I am working on credentialing with:

BCBS of MN
HealthPartners
Medicare
MN MA

In order to avoid any unexpected fees, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to verify your benefits.

I am considered out-of-network with any insurance not listed. I would be happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. While most insurances will cover the majority of my fees, you will be responsible for the full rate at the time of service.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees

I ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Any appointments missed without notice or cancelled within 24-hours of the originally scheduled time, will result in a late fee of $100. I ask that this be paid prior to your next appointment.

Inclement Weather

In the case of
inclement weather during the 24-hour notice period, you may cancel and reschedule using the client portal, or request switching your appointment to telehealth at no cost.

Finding Ground follows the Fargo Public Schools and NDDOT closures. If closing becomes necessary, I will send a secure message through your client portal. You can request a switch to telehealth, or we can work together to reschedule at a time most convenient for you.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate,” explaining your anticipated medical costs. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give clients an estimate of the bill for services. I abide by the
No Surprises Act, and am upfront about my fees & rates.
